Greggs finds ingredient for growth in Facebook

Following in the footsteps of many consumer brands, Britain’s favourite bakery chain, Greggs, is reaping the benefits of social media giant Facebook, grabbing the opportunity to “turn feedback into profit”. CEO Ken McMeikan confesses to checking the bakery’s page four to six times a day and even sneaks a look on his Blackberry during board meetings. Z-CARD client Rolex named top Consumer Superbrand 2012

Luxury watch brand and Z-CARD® client, Rolex, has topped the Consumer Superbrands 2012 for the first time, leaving brand giants Coca-Cola and Google to take second and third place respectively. The annual consumer brands survey lists the top 500 consumer and B2B brands in the UK, overseen by The Centre for Brand Analysis.
